AI usage policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This page states how original work published on İşsizler.org may be used in AI systems, and which uses need written permission.

Original reporting, images, charts, and analysis may not be copied, without written permission, to train or fine-tune a commercial AI model, or to store that work in a retrieval system. The site being public is not a license for those uses. Permission, scope, and any fee are set in writing for each request.

Scope

This policy covers our text, photographs and other images, charts, summaries we write, and the wording and arrangement of our analysis. It does not make public statistics or other facts our property. Publication on the open web is not permission to copy the work in bulk for model development or automated reuse.

Permission and licensing

Requests to copy, adapt, or use this work for commercial model training, fine-tuning, or a retrieval system are reviewed in writing before any use. Terms, scope, and fees are set for each request.

Uses that do not need permission

Linking to a page, and short quotation with credit as set out in our terms of use, is allowed. So is reading the site, including with an accessibility tool that does not keep a copy for model training.

Technical notice (robots.txt)

Listed AI crawlers are told, in robots.txt, not to scrape the site. The file is a notice to systems that comply with it. It does not replace this policy or the applicable law.
