Legal basis and purpose

Form data is processed with your consent and for legitimate interests (journalism, answering readers). Newsletter email is processed with consent.

Purposes: contact, newsletter, security, and limited statistics.

Transfers

Infrastructure may include Supabase and Substack, each under their own privacy terms. Cross-border transfers follow the safeguards in the Law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, information about recipients, and to object, as set out in KVKK Art. 11. Write to iletisim@issizler.org.

You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Turkey.
